Refer to the “Statement of Condition” in the Move-in Checklist you completed upon moving in since the cost to repair additional apartment damage will be deducted from your security deposit. We also recommend taking time-stamped photos of the unit’s condition at move-out, sending all documentation to your landlord or property manager, and saving a copy for your records.
