Take a look at this list of rental agencies in our area. While an agent will make your off-campus housing search easier, if you use one, expect to pay a Finder’s Fee of one month’s rent upon signing the lease; this fee is negotiable.

Check a Commonwealth Licensee

Only licensed rental agents can charge a Finder’s Fee for their services. Confirm an agent’s active licensure before signing a Broker Disclosure Form.
